This review is on Madison Kay Smith not Colin Owens. We have been dealing with Madison for the entirety of this issue. She is probably one of the most unprofessional individuals I have ever come in contact with. She talks on the phone and emails like she is texting or we are besties which we are not. My husband and I have been trying to get my new vehicle added onto his insurance plan and me as a driver. Firstly, she added me onto his already existing vehicle that I do not drive at all. NEXT, she added the new vehicle with HIS name on it solely when he does not drive the new vehicle. We have became increasingly frustrated with the service and how the situation has been handled. She called me today and When asked why it has been done that way she responded “ that’s what we’re changing ” when from day 1 it should have never been this complicated. The only things that needed to be done was add me on the plan with the new vehicle. Now she’s added me onto the plan as an owner and has consistently talked to my husband for life insurance.

Polite ! These days It can be very rare to be treated well especially over the phone But my auto insurance buying experience was pleasant and easy, my rate is much lower than the other quotes. 1st I’ve ever been happy to pay a bill.

Jeremiah was very professional and helpful to get me the best insurance for my new car. The rate That he gave me was great compared to progressive. Who up my insurance 3 × 2 almost $300 a month with good credit and good driving record. Jeremiah was very patient with me and answered all my question. I will be recommending state farm to friends and family.
