Collection sent to me 2024 for bills from 2021 and 2022. I asked what address they have been sending correspondence to and it was a address I moved out of in 2020. I told them I needed to discuss with original creditor, CCMH, as to why I never got the original bills. She noted account. Interaction with her was pleasant and understanding. She stated they here this "ALL THE TIME" in regards to CCMH and billing, so I am not the first and wont be the last. Contacted CCMH by phone and mail and no response in 3 months. Got a call from CPI a couple days ago and woman was rude and vile from the moment I answered. Screaming that she suggest I pay and now. She says it has been to long since bill to argue it. Also tried telling me the bills have been sent to my current address since 2022 which is a LIE, the first person I talked to said they were sent to a old address until 2024. I was getting so heated I had to hang up as I was in a store. Ultimately this is the fault of CCMH but CPI has made no effort in resolving issues between customers. Stop collecting debts for a company that isn't properly billing customers from the start!!!!

The worst! Kept getting a run around to resolve an erroneously billed invoice. Been trying to get this resolved for 4 months+! They lied and said they would freeze my account for 3 months to work it out with their before posting on my credit. It was posted immediately thereafter. They are liars, crooks, and just about what you would expect from a collections agency. Rude and uncaring. Scum of the earth works here.

Don't get upset or raise your voice the lady will hang up on you

If you see this number come up do not answer. Do not assume they are there to help. Please beware they are using EMS contacts on your medical to call your family members.

If you end up in their service, you cannot complain about it! I personally found this place wonderful. They worked with what I could afford to pay each month and Penney was always wonderful to talk to on the phone. By far the best collection agency around. I appreciate them for all that they did for me. They definitely went the extra mile!!

Called to try and arrange a way to pay them after the same 2020 most of us have had. I reached Penny and I honestly have not one appropriate thing to say about her on the internet. This women is the definition of a terrible troll. I understand they are collectors but I truly wish the year I just had on this women so maybe she can gain an ounce of compassion. If only this was the only bill I had to take care of and I didn't have kids to feed.

I dealt with a lady named PENNY here. God forbid if you ever have a hardship. This lady was an elitest, rude uncaring individual. The call began with me giving her my account #. Her then needing a last name (which I thought would be the last name listed next to the account #)it was my child's last name I gave her. SHE THEN PROCEEDED TO LAUGH AT ME! As if I should have known not that one but my own. I explained my situation and she belittled me for my circumstances. She kept saying I need to pay more, and I had to keep explaining the situation to her, as she was very non understanding. I finally called the Sheridan office to make a payment. This was an awful experience and PENNY needs some serious training.

I mean I got myself here lol, but they did work around a payment. For some odd reason I only owed $47 left and they still took $100 out of my account.

Ended up working with on my last payments and I didn't even ask for it. They will definitely help.
