Waisted our time, lost $30k saving on a refinance as the note holder sold the note at a discount. Was working with Katy, and she called me and asked me to lie to the underwriter that we rented the building with a new tenant. This is a lie, we are an owner user, and they came back rate higher than the commitment offer that was paid a commitment fee for.

This is not a professional lender.
