Thank you sooooo much, Angel!!

We deeply appreciate your being proactive for us!

You are a real asset to this organization.

The first time this issue on HOA insurance came up a few years back....well, it was a nightmare trying to work with the contact who was there then.

Sooooooo thrilled you are onboard and in that seat now, GREATLY leveling up service for us, the owners!

Blessings aplenty upon you, Angel!!

💯🤩🎉👑💐

Aileen for owner Marvin Willis, a disabled veteran. We both salute you for your excellent service on our behalf.

Common Interest Management is the worst HOA management company I have ever encountered. All issues that require their attention take months, if not years, to resolve. I had a leak in my roof of my ONE bedroom unit. From October 2021 to March 2022, I was unable to sleep in my bed because the remediation work took that long to complete. During that time, my bedroom was just left completely open to the elements, and I had to sleep in my living room. The roof continued to leak onto my bed and floor during that time. In addition, a sprinkler cover was lost during that time (November 2021). It is now April 2024 and the sprinkler cover has not been replaced. Every time I ask for an update on when the sprinkler cover will be replaced, the responses are absolutely rude and dismissive. They (specifically Melody) act as if it is unreasonable that I want my ceiling restored to its expected state.

I now have ANOTHER leak in my bedroom. It took them 6 months to perform the demolition. I now have a gaping hole in my bedroom ceiling, no timeline for when the repair work will be completed, and have now been sleeping on my sofa for a week and counting.

Melody Murray is extremely unprofessional and holds no accountability for the extreme lack of customer service she provides. Speaking with her is both infuriating and bewildering. I wouldn't wish her upon my worst enemy.

I had a great experience this last week with Common Interest! I reported a concern here at my property on Monday morning, 2 hours later I had a technician at my front door to resolve the issue. Every time I called someone answered the phone, helped me talk to the person I needed to, and my property manager has been great with me! Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

First, look through the 5 star reviews. All persons have made 1 review. This is called review manipulation.

If you are looking for a professional management service for your condominium or apartment complex, this sham of a group is not for you. They are intolerable to deal with. Their billing department is financially illiterate. Their mantainence agreements with certain companies are a kick back, more than likely to friends or family. They notify residents of maintenance at the last minute, or not at all. If you have a qualm with them, in any sense, they will target your home with the most vicious reading of an HOA constitution bylaw and threaten to levy fines against you. It is illegal, it's called retaliation. They are altogether unprofessional and inadequate to manage. They need to decide wether the residents of their managed properties are liable for balconies or if they are. It is now affecting the sale of properties due to lenders not wanting to take on the risk of their unmanaged "liabilities". It has also doubled the HOA monthly payment because of insurance companies fearing the HOA is liable. This applies also to residents who do not have a balcony, my HOA has doubled because Common Interest Management won't spend $50 on a phone call with a lawyer. Maybe hire people for higher than minimum wage and you'd get half decent results, considering we pay you handsomel.

If I can give them no stars that would be my true rating! This place does not have their stuff together. Ever since they took over my HOA in January of this year nothing but problems! They charged me a $10 non resident fee I called January and they said they would take it off, but three months later I still kept getting the charge. When I called the account department had attitude like I shouldn’t be asking for this off. This charge was incorrect and wrongfully charge to me, so I’m not sure why I was given attitude, since this was their mistake. Now they are saying that they didn’t get my HOA payment, but the money was taken out of my account, and the new statement says that they received it. I am not sure what’s going on with their billing department, but they need a cleanup. This is very upsetting, and they don’t even have even hours to contact them they’re pure work hours, so you have to take the day off to get a hold of them

0 stars. Trustme you don't want to do business with this company. Find another company to manage your property. Hired subpar contractors who destroyed my home. Damage caused by their negligence by not maintaining gutters causing water damage year after year and refusing to repair the damage they caused. Allowing Board members to approve work on their own property. Made my home inhabitable causing me health issues.

On 7/19/22, our downstairs toilet flooded the bathroom and coat closet and we contacted local plumber to remedy the issue. We suspected the issue to be at the main, since we have not used that toilet since the night before. The plumber confirmed the issue at the main. We contacted the City Public Works and they responded right away. They confirmed the issue to be at the main, but it belongs to our HOA/Property Management. We contacted the Property Management. First we were told our contact person was out of the office until the next day. I responded this is an emergency, since it has potential to flood our house again! Few hours later, someone responded and told us it's our responsibility. We replied with information from our plumber and the City Public Works as well as the HOA document section indicating otherwise. It's been more than 24 hours and we are afraid to use the shower, the toilet, do our laundry... etc. My son is asking me if it's okay to use the restroom?! We provided the plumber's report and urge them to immediately repair this. They responded we'll get to it in the "next few days!" I feel like we are begging for essential needs!

I purchase an investment property that which at the time had a common area pipe that was leaking on a pier. The HOA was made aware of this, sent out guys multiple times throughout the 30 day escrow when the old owner owned it to have it fixed and nothing got repaired. Now that I own the property and have done a whole remodeled which took 45 days, they still have not come to repair the issue.
As January 2023 after closing this in August 2022, with multiple emails and calls the HOA has still not repaired what they are responsible for. They send one guy over in late December who tracked mud all over the new wood and tile floors and the HOA had the audacity to say, "we don't know who was in your unit and what mess are you talking about?!" I sent photos and they didn't even offer to help clean it.
On top of that I received an email from my real estate agent saying that they sent him an email saying that the HOA dues are late on this unit and they're sending him the request to pay, not me the owner, not mailing to the forwarding address that they're supposed to, not emailing me and not contacting me and the HOA has all my information.
This is a perfect example of the bad ethics of the employees of this office, the under organizational skills and simply put why you should not buy a property or hire them to manage your property.
We do about 6-8 homes remodels a year and this by far is the worst HOA company we have ever had to deal with in the state.
