This is the best insurance agency I've ever dealt with! And it's such a welcoming experience every time I speak to Paula and Pat at the main building! They feel just like family!...... Probably even better than family! 🤷‍♀️ Lol! They give such a personal touch to all of your needs, and make you feel so at ease......Like they're definitely in your corner and have your best interest at heart. I recommend them to everyone I know! And please don't change the team down there at Commonwealth insurance. Y'all got two of the best agents you could ever hope to have at your Gloucester office! 🙂🤗💯

I honestly cant say enough about the employees here. Pat is the nicest person and treats everyone as if they are her own family! I've gone through them for my insurance for almost 10 years and they ALWAYS found the best rates for me. I called for a quote for a policy and was given a long awful run around with false information on Virginia insurance and vehicle laws. They gave me a quote and tried to purchase it and it was raised due to their lack of knowledge of the company and policies. They then quoted me again and I agreed to it just for them to assume that I wanted bank draft and when I turned it down, my quote went up again. Worst quoting experience I have had.
