I have worked with numerous insurance agents and Jamie Miller is hands down the best one I have ever worked with. She is smart, responsive, knowledgeable, super nice, and great at what she does. Jamie and her entire team at Compass are the very best!!!! I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Compass for the past 8years. Jamie has been such an asset to my family and I here in Napa. Jamie goes above and beyond for her clients and I truly feel so lucky to have her looking out for all our insurance needs and otherwise. She always reminds me when payment is due which is so so helpful because I ALWAYS forget! When you become a client they treat you like family and go the extra mile everytime. Kevin , Jamie and Jessica have always made sure my insurance needs were taken care of. When I had a claim, they gave me a great deal of personal attention and made sure the process went smoothly.
