I've held multiple investment properties (condos and single family homes) over the past 25+ years and have necessarily dealt with the inevitable landlord headaches with both the homes and tenants.

I was already familiar with the 1031 Exchange process from previous experience. I was introduced to Corcapa 1031 Advisors several years ago but never got around to trying out the process of selling an investment property and rolling the proceeds over into Delaware Statutory Trusts. Finally pulled the trigger this year and tried it with 1 property.

Christina kept me informed of current and upcoming DST and TIC opportunties, spent a lot of time getting to know me and my goals and pointed me towards opportunties that were a good fit for me, all while keeping track of the ticking deadline clock. Christina's constant and proactive communications and assistance in coordinating with the Qualified Intermediary I was using for the exchange kept things on track and on schedule with a minimum of stress.

The results and experience with the initial exchange into DSTs was so positive that I immediately did it all over again with another investment property.

Looking back on the outstanding job Corcapa did in delivering their services and the positive result of passive income with zero management headaches makes me sorry that I didn't do this many years ago!
