If you’re looking for a decent and honest place to take care of your auto needs, this is the place! We moved here in 2018 from Oregon and have had the same mechanic (Mel’s Auto) for over 30 years. We would still go to him for maintenance when we drove back to visit or even call him with questions. We got “taken” once here by someone in Fairfield, so it was tough to trust anyone new. We knew eventually we would need to find someone else here because our drives to Oregon were becoming less frequent. Anyway, we heard great things about Orlando at Cordelia Automotive so our time came when we needed service for brakes. He got us in and called to give us quickly with an update/estimate, and got it done even before the promised time. Price was reasonable and most important, he was honest about the overall condition of the brakes. Overall nice guy and great service. Happy we found Orlando for our future auto needs. Cordelia Automotive was great! I needed new brake pads and struts on my 2004 car. The parts were on their way when I dropped off the car. Picked up the car later that same day. I am no longer worried about the brakes failing. The car is running just fine. Thank you Cordelia Automotive!

Orlando is great at no nonsense straight to the point explanations and fixes. No bait and switch or smoke and mirrors here. Fixes what he says he will in a timely manner and charges very fairly. No more and no less than what is needed. It's stressful finding a mechanic that is honest and I'm lucky he's practically in my backyard in Cordelia.

I haven't actually taken my vehicle here yet, but I did talk on the phone for a bit. I had a question and left a message. Orlando called me back within an hour after and was very helpful with my questions. I will most definitely be taking my vehicles to him in the future as he seems to be knowledgeable and honest.

Update 12/4/2024: I have now taken several of my vehicles here and the service has been great.

Orlando is always efficient and does a great job! Had rear brakes done and timing belts, completed as expected, prices better than others but more importantly you can trust that he'll be honest. A mechanic with integrity! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Orlando was very straightforward in helping us fix our car when the check engine light went on with our 2001 Tribute. He diagnosed and fixed the problem all in one day. After diagnosing the problem, he called for permission to go ahead with the work telling us the total price. The car is running perfectly again. Thanks Orlando for the repair and a very good overall experience.

I needed an urgent brake job and Orlando took care of us the same-day for a fair price. It's great to have an honest, skilled and independent mechanic in the neighborhood.
