STAY AWAY! I run a giant mobile bounce park and had policies through Cossio for two years and they have not acted in good faith. They misrepresented the process for policy cancellations and return premiums. I was advised and assured that it was not necessary to continue making finance payments on the policy I cancelled while the finance company and I waited to receive the return premium. Ivy said that the finance company knew the policy was cancelled and that any late fees assessed to the account post cancellation would be removed. IT TOOK 5 MONTHS TO GET THE RETURN PREMIUM and the finance company refused to remove the fees assessed to my account like Cossio had committed they would work out. Ivy and Justin said that they would work with accounting internally to have Cossio cover the fees and return the proper and full amount but it has been over a month now and they have completely stopped responding to any communications from me and nothing has been done. I feel taken advantage of and completely dismissed. I could never recommend them to any business. I found their counsel to be poor and knowledge to be lacking at many points over the two years and my final experience with them was a disaster. I value integrity and I did not find that here. The service is passable at first but if you ever have an issue or cancel a policy expect them to be unresponsive, unhelpful, and dishonest.

This is by far the worst company when it comes to speed, customer service, customer relations, and more. Been doing business with them and just to renew a policy that hasn’t changed from the last one. It’s taken over 2 months to do and is still not done. Constant run around and when you fix whatever thing they ask you to fix. They take forever to respond. Instead of telling you all the corrections that need to be made up front. They tell you one at a time and drag the process on. Anyone on here says these guys are fast and have great customer service. They are flat out lying. Find somewhere else to go. These guys are a joke.

After 9 years of being a customer you would think they would treat you with respect and dignity. I filled out my application to renew months ago. And after various calls and emails to see status went unanswered. Then all of a sudden 2 days prior to insurance expiring they reachout. Hoping that I will take what they have to offer without shopping around. Luckily, I already had insurance in place through a different broker. Guess loyalty is no longer necessary. Just ignore and try to deceive.

Shay is always great and I appreciate her hard work. I had several questions and she responded to them at a time that was after normal business hours for her location.

I spent the time this year to shop my insurance and even knowing that I could potentially leave Cossio, her customer service never changed.

All in all, Cossio’s policy couldn’t be beat and we renewed with 2 weeks to spare.

The Cossio Insurance Agency is not a good agency to do business with. I was quoted one price for an added rider and then when it was time to pay, unreasonable fees were added making them much higher priced than the competition. I asked to cancel my policy and they said that I would not receive anything back from the $1400 one year premium that I had to pay in full upfront for. I will be filing a complaint with the regulating authorities and the Better Business Bureau. Steer clear of these guys. They are not on your side.

If I could rate Larry Cossio himself lower than a 1, I would. Not only is he arrogant and abrasive...he's not all-knowing as he would like everyone to believe. He had a VERY hard time understanding our company's VERY simple questions....and then decided to hide under a rock once we very clearly pointed that out. Not a good way to do business...

Paid an upfront fee of over $1500 to secure business insurance, only to have it cancelled once my payment cleared, 1 week later. No refund because that was "minimum payment" and non refundable. Worst company ever.
