I have nothing but good things to say about the office of Craig Griffith-State Farm. Everyone there is always very friendly, outgoing, helpful and knowledgeable. Phone calls are ALWAYS returned very promptly, their customer service is excellent and their rates are great. Even if I were to find a company with better rates, I would continue to stay with this office because of their customer service and response time. They have always went above and beyond for me, especially when I needed documents at the last minute on several occasions from them. They are always very patient when I call in with questions regarding my policy as insurance has never been "my thing." I typically deal with Rosanna and she is absolutely fantastic!

Craig has been my families agent for 15+ years. My family immigrated to the US from Bolivia and they had no idea how insurance worked. Rosanna Stout has always gone above and beyond to make sure my family was taken care of and that they understood everything. When it was my turn to start driving she provided the same level of care and attention to me. I recently informed Rosanna that I wanted to get life insurance due to the uncertainty of our current time and she was more than helpful . She explained the entire process step by step and made sure that all my questions were answered. I am sure I had 1000+ questions about coverage , term and amount and she answered each one. She gave me multiple quotes and options and explained each one. The process was painless and I was beyond satisfied at how easy it was.
During later conversations I mentioned that I was planning on moving out of state. Rosanna immediately broke down exactly what I needed to do to make my transition as simple as possible. Along with helping me receive every discount I could qualify for on my current rate . I now have a crystal clear idea on how my transition out of state will work and I am far more confident than I was before I spoke to Rosanna. 5 stars isn’t enough and I would give them 10 stars if the options was there.
Overall I can see why my parents decided to stay with Craig for the majority of the time they have been living in the US. Everyone in this office especially Rosanna is kind , caring , and honest. They will never make you sign or commit to anything they were not 100% in support of and they truly believe in their clients best interest.

I had trouble with the Safe & Save beacon was not recording almost three weeks. I had a hard time to go over to fix it, but I still cannot connect the data upload onto my IPhone.

I visited the office and and it was my pleasure to receive the outstanding support which is above and beyone my expectation from Susana Sullivan.

Susana is very patient, professional and had my phone fixed. This also cured my headaches the last couple weeks 🙂
