I have been a member at this branch for 10 years. Have always been treated with kindness and respect. Unfortunately, today I went in to retrieve $2000 in 20s to go on vacation with and was treated with such disrespect. I am closing my account at this branch. I was told he would not complete my transaction because he only had $500 and 20s in his Drawer. When I suggested that he could get more 20s out of the other tellers drawers He said he could not do that because he had to make his money last. From my point of view that is not my problem that the branch is being mismanaged and they don’t have the correct funding available to make my transaction successful. Come to find out I was talking to the branch manager. After the discussion became more heated he threatened to call the cops On me and would not give me my money. This branch manager is somewhat new. Has been there for two years maybe and I have never Felt comfortable with his service. The funny thing is, all he had to do is suggest is I go get 1000 out of the ATM ,he could’ve gave me the 500 out of his drawer and I would’ve been fine with 500 in larger bills. In my opinion, he should not be in the service industry.When I Return from my trip I will be closing my account. Thanks for the wonderful service, Mr. Reza!

I am so happy with the choice that we made for our new bank. Both Heather's that work there are amazing ladies and so helpful and I am sure the other teller is fabulous as well just didn't meet her. If I was their branch manager I would be proud.

I met with Ginna regarding accounts being hacked & attempt to drain my accounts & transfer my money to some bank in Indonesia. Perpetrator was supposedly named Rebecca Williams.

Ginna was very methodical, contacting fraud department, who discovered fraud attempt & stopped it. They are to be commended too.

I have been with CU West for almost 7 years since moving to Prescott. The upfront tellers are all superb & know their business! Friendly too!!!

I've always had very good service here (I go to the Gurley St. location), the tellers have always been very nice. I wish the parking was easier to get in an out of but that's just the drawback of being on a busy intersection. I also wish they had a few open hours on Saturdays, but it seems like not many people do their banking in person anymore so I'm not too surprised about that.
