What an awful company. I have had the displeasure of having to deal with this company on 2 occasions. This has not been by choice but rather as the company of choice provided by an employer. The first occasion was a couple of years ago and then again in 2024. On the first occasion I had to raise a complaint for slow inefficient and obstructive procedures. My complaint resulted in a cash payout for 2 handsets where the claim was mishandled. I was hoping that things would have improved by 2024 but alas that is not the case. An awful, manual, inefficient, duplicative and protracted claims process still exists today. I would recommend you go else where with your business.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I filed a straightforward and legitimate damaged baggage claim, but after three months, there has still been no resolution. I've been asked to provide the same documents at least five times, leading to hundreds of email exchanges where they keep repeating themselves. If you don't follow up constantly, they completely disappear. This has been the worst experience I've ever had. The staff is highly unprofessional and unprepared, making the whole process feel like dealing with a scammy insurance company.

Submitted my claim on 14 September, chased on 16 October, and as of 7th November i’ve still heard absolutely nothing. Considering you only contact travel insurance when you have a claim; the process to submit a claim is easy enough but the service and response time is just awful. No idea when i’ll expect a response.

I had a corporate travel insurance policy via KPMG with this firm. In spite of the purpose of travel insurance existing to cover cancellations by the service provider and their 2 pager stating this (to quote "Cancellation if you’re not able to go on your trip."), there was no payment made when the airline cancelled by tickets. Very disappointing and surprising that corporates use this firm.

10 working days to process a claim, asking questions that are not relevant on the claims forms (my employer address, and role details) which have nothing to do with my claim, terrible phone manner, still lying about long waiting times due to Covid, on hold listening to 30sec songs as the call gets passed around, with people putting you back in the queue without talking

If your company uses them for their insurance, go somewhere else, for the sake of your employees

15 emails and phone calls
I sent everything at every stage but every time a new request
Staff are very nice but terrible service
Will not renew as part of corporate benefit

Finally finally got claim approval but painful

I had previous Health Insurance before but never received so many pushbacks like this one, despite covid they try find any loops or unclear info in the T&Cs to reject every single claim.

Stay away from this brokers, not good value

They claim they cannot cover for Covid-related travel cancellation although ticket was bought well before Covid was a pandemic early in the year. Very convenient.
