Very disappointed to the service compared to Gerald McCarthy Insurance! So sad that they got acquired by this company. Rich and his team were the best but this new management is just like any other national chain with less than average customer service. One has to ask why would you want to have an insurance agent if no customer service provided. Go direct, I would say!
Definitely will start shopping around and will ask all of my friends who joined Rich in the past to do so as well.
