Dana Sidders is the best! We turned to Dana after having worked with another realtor for quite some time. The Central Coast market is quite competitive and is also inventory challenged. We felt we needed a realtor who is heavily involved in networking and has a proven track record.
Dana came recommended from a friend of ours. Upon meeting Dana she immediately put us at ease. She is friendly and charismatic.
It quickly became obvious to us Dana was a go getter. She is constantly networking with other realtors and has a vast knowledge of the real estate business as well as the local market.
Once we identified the house we wanted to buy we became aware we were up against eight other offers. If it were not for Dana’s shrewd negotiating skills we would not have been successful.

This is the second house that we’ve bought with Dana’s help. She was extremely patient as we visited many homes and placed offers. When our offer was accepted, she was organized, knowledgeable, and she effectively communicated all the necessary steps needed to finalize the purchase of our home. Professional, friendly, & knowledgeable realtor.
Dana is an amazing realtor! She did a thorough research of the market and comps in the area. Her photographer was top notch which gave our house a lot of attention and highlighted the features in our home. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give! When we were ready to list our home there was no question who our listing agent would be!
