Sam was very helpful in explaining the details of our current coverage. For example, what does "non-owned" auto coverage actually cover? She had a great and thorough explanation for that, as well as other topics. There were perhaps several gaps in our coverage, and Sam had a great suggestion for us. She spent upwards of an unhurried hour reviewing our policies with us, and I came away with a greater understanding of insurance in general. She has a very impressive command of all things insurance. Very satisfied customer, and I highly recommend Sam and Dave Christy.

I had no idea what a difference a SF office and an experienced agent can make in your ‘Total’ insurance costs. Too many shoppers simply base their insurance costs on the premium they pay - so they shop for the best ‘price’ from numerous insurance companies and then they think they’ve saved money. Very nieve - hey but that’s what the news channel told you to do. Ginger is a seasoned agent at a top SF office (Dave Christy). Learn the truth about ‘total’ lifecycle insurance costs by consulting with Ginger - a friendly, fast, helpful, & total insurance lifecycle experienced consultant/agent. Highly recommend!

Honestly, I'm not sure why there are so many high reviews here. We just purchased a house and switched to State Farm after a cold call from this office. The lady setting us up was top notch, but working with State Farm was a nightmare. We kept getting charged different amounts before finally settling on a price higher than initially quoted. On top of that we recieved letters in te mail asking for more signatures and uninsured motorist not being on our plan. I tried to set up an online account but they set me up with a wrong email address so I was never able to easily see what coverage was on my plan or why the monthly premiums changed. We were only with State Farm for a few months, never filed a claim, paid on time, but the process was a nightmare. I went online to see reviews from contractors to see who the was their prefered insurance company. I got a few answers, but one that surprised me was 80% were saying that State Farm is a nightmare to work with if you ever had to file a claim. I went with Allstate in the end. Their online was super easy, I can see exactly what I'm getting, and I saved a little over $500 per year. If you're looking at insurance carriers, ask contractors who is great to work with and pay a little extra if you have to. We went with State Farm from Geico to increase our coverage so we weren't worried about price. It was all the unexpected changes, uncertainty of coverage, and not being able to set up an online accoun to easily see what was going on that really caused us to change insurances so quickly. Like I said, we were here for a few months and didn't file any claims, but I wonder what it would have been like if we did. Yikes.
