So I've been with them awhile. And honestly at times I've been at the end of someone's bad day or something because off one bad experience with a rude person. But what difference a day makes as they say. I just got off the phone with Reyna and man what a patient, pleasant, professional and caring associate she is. Not only did she patiently help me figure out a lower rate for my renewal coming up, but the customer service experience aspect was off the charts. A five star experience no doubt! Kudos to David s staffing .

The Fresno staff used to be so much nicer and professional! Always helped me with all my concerns and they were always on top of everything! The new Madera staff is the WORST! Have talked to a few and they are so rude and unprofessional! They don’t get back to me until I have to call for an update and than they get mad!

The front counter girl has terrible customer service skills. I went in there asking to get help on a claim and she told me that they could not do anything for me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she told me she was busy. I drove down the street to the other Allstate agency on Howard, Dave Thomas, the staff there was amazing and was able to fix my claim issue withing 1 day. My claim issue had been going for almost 30 days.

The Fresno office on shaw is closed i wasnt notified of closure till i went to building spoke to 2 of the office workers Sean and Jacob on the phone and you get alot of run around from the two of them i have never had a claim before the whole time we have been with them their 800 # was not answering so i had to call another company to help us with roadside service i was charged $297.00 Allstate will only stand behind $100.00 tho their service was not answeringwill only stand behind t

Do you homwork before comming to this Allstate Office and stay away from Agent Jacob Ford. He likes to close the deal fast, in the process of closing the deal fast, some important questions do not get asked and that can result in coverage not being secured. I expected more from a licensed insurance professional hopefully the Name on the office building can coach this guy up so no one else gets burned.

Im so disappointed in this agency. My husband switched from State Farm to Allstate because Jacob (agent) kept bugging and bugging non stop after my husband requested a quote. I mean he was so insistent on this being so much better for us to have. Unfortunately I (spouse Luisa) get a minor car accident just to find out Jacob had EXCLUDED me from my husbands policy. So I have no coverage and my car will not be covered. Disgustingly when my husband (Antonio) called Jacob to get an explanation he acknowledged my husband had mention putting both us on the policy but said my husband never sent my drivers license information. Funny how Jacob NEVER got any of our drivers licenses not mine not my husbands now we are left with a bitter taste with this agency. We ask you to not trust Jacob he has screwed us and now we will go back to our old insurance carrier. Sad to say there is so many good insurance brokers and we find out this is not one
