I also really appreciate how easy they make scheduling and reminders. It’s always so simple to keep up with my appointments, and they make sure everything fits seamlessly into my busy schedule.

My daughter just got her braces removed today and we wanted to send many thanks to Dr. Hughes, Dr. Le and all the staff there for helping her to have a beautiful smile. She is our second child to have her teeth done there. Everyone in the office made the two years seem shorter than it really was. They were always cheering, welcoming and accommodating our needs. It was a big accomplishment for all of us to see the before and after. Dr. Hughes, Dr. Le and the staff always updated us with the progress and explained what needed to be done every time we visited the office. I remembered there was a time that one of the staff stayed a little later to see my daughter because it was an emergency visit before the holiday. Today, another staff worked on my daughter's retainer during her lunch break so my daughter could come back and try on her retainer on the same day. This is one of the best orthodontic offices in the area. If you are looking for a great smile, then this place will get the job done right. It's totally worth it.

My twin girls’ teeth look amazing! Dr Lee and Dr Hughes are wonderful. They’re both so talented and easy to talk to about anything. They explained each step and the 18 months flew by. My girls enjoyed their office visits and also they’re gorgeous teeth even better!!

I don’t often place reviews but I was impressed by the level of professionalism, customer service and cleanliness of the office. The whole experience was great. They were always able to accommodate us with an appointment whenever there was an emergency with the braces. The staff was caring and amazing, every doctor visit was fun and smooth. I will definitely recommend this orthodontist office to my family and friends.

Dr Hughes came recommended by a friend, but sadly I had a very poor experience. 1) My initial point of contact was the patient coordinator - that was the biz card I was given - yet she was completely unresponsive. I emailed her a couple of times with questions and got nothing back. 2) While Dr Hughes gave me my initial consultation, I never saw him again until the end of my treatment. 3) After one visit for new Invisalign trays, the technician didn't properly capture the scan, and I was never notified. So I waited 2 months for new trays that never arrived and then, surprise, had to start the whole process over again. 4) I am still extremely unhappy with the results of my treatment. My bite, the reason why I sought treatment in the first place, is still bad and maybe even worse. My front teeth (upper and lower) do not come together when I bite, making eating very difficult. Also, they insisted on shaving my front teeth, saying my teeth wouldn't fit otherwise (Huh? They all fit when I got braces earlier in life.) and now two of my front teeth are weirdly skinny. All in all, wish I had a do-over and could go somewhere else.

We transferred from another orthodontist’s office and I’m so glad we did. The staff is warm and professional. I have four children in braces and Dr. Hughes took time with each of them and spent time with me explaining the process.

I previously wrote about a bad experience I had here but I am updating it to reflect the their response. Dr. Hughes personally reached out to me and tried to accommodate me and find an acceptable solution. I was extremely pleased with the entire staffs response. Ultimately what makes a place good is not the fact that they make no mistakes, but rather their response. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

We had Patricia helping us today at my daughters appt, Patricia was very polite, sweet, nice and very helpful giving us all instructions and how to take care of her braces , as always very pleased, Dr hughes staff in general always great since the moment you step in .
