Delivery Financial Services reached out to me on behalf of their client, a 3rd party medical company, that believed I owed money due to a medical coding error between them, the hospital, and the insurance company. This took several months to sort out and EVERY person I interacted with by phone and email at Delivery Financial Services was professionally cordial and humanized the stressful situation. Given that I was not contacted by the collections agency until 14 months after the medical procedure, it was shocking and troubling to receive a bill. Delivery Financial Services was transparent throughout the process and provided me with written updates so that I was able to easily look back and see where the case was at. Businesses, I highly recommend that you hire Delivery Financial Services when trying to rectify a customer's account because, regardless of my personal outcome, I believe they will help promote the best positive outcome for you. I would give zero stars if i could. Especially to the operations manager - Martin Katz. I never received a bill for ANYTHING - and suddenly had something negative appear on my excellent credit report. He informed me they had returned mail for me but didn't tell me what address the returned mail was sent to - i informed him i had been at my same address for past 3 years. I asked to please send me a statement, and if i owed any money - i would gladly pay it. Several days later, i still had not received a statement. I reached back out to him. He was very rude and told me i never sent him my correct address - which was FALSE - i had immediately sent him my new address after the first communication and showed him in a screenshot. He then says that he got my statement and it has a zero balance on it as it was "adjusted long ago." - What kinda ridiculous company is this?

Rude. Liars. Sent me a bill without checking their sources to see if it was correct. Now that I want answers they are avoiding getting back to me. Falsely said they sent me 4 notices when I have I informed mail and can see they didn't . Will be turning into Better Business!

No one likes to get a call from a Debit Collector. I was shocked that the hospital I was making payments to turned me over to a collection agency without notification. The good in all of it is that it went to Delivery Financial. Avery, who was assigned to my case, listened to my concerns and gave me options for a structured payment that my family could afford. She was always helpful when I called for balance updates and sent me a transaction list when requested. It can't be an easy job, but in my experience if you treat someone with respect they will try and help you as best as they can.

Ivy at this place was a very kind person and tried to help settle this medical collection account. She ended up leaving and avery took over the account she failed to make monthly calls as promised which was stated to me on a recorded call, then I got a call that my payment plan was in default and I had to pay to bring it current. If I tried to make the monthly payment they would report me to the credit bureaus even though they agreed not to since they agreed to call me. Avery is cold, caulous, heartless, and forced me to pay my balance, otherwise it would be reported. I'm not even working, and they knew this from the beginning. They have put me in a Financial hardship and are the least caring company I have ever dealt with.

No attempt to reach about my bill which I had $126 on it from 2018! Asked if they attempted to reach out to me about it.... they said they sent 2 statements back in 2018 and tried to call (from a blocked number). Hurt my credit over something very insignificant. I always pay my bills, this is absolutely absurd.

I had an account go to collections because the company trying to collect had the wrong address. I called multiple times and kept getting a voicemail. I dialed a random extension and got Michael K. He was so helpful and understanding of the situation. Usually collections companies are awful to deal with, but Michael was great!

Through the combination of a miscommunication with a medical provider and my change of address to another state, a very small medical bill was turned over to DFS for collection and resulted in my credit score dropping significantly. After a few quick conversations and emails with DFS and actions on both our parts the issue was taken care of, and my score returned to where it was. Both Martin and Sam were professional, listened to my perspective, and together the issue was quickly resolved. Most everything you hear about collection agencies is negative and my experience with these guys was the complete opposite. They want to resolve the debt as much as you do and if you treat them with respect, they will do the same. The people at DFS have a tough job. Thank you for a great experience.
