they are crook. they will give you contract n you sign, after you switched, your insurance will go up by hundreds of dollars. and they will excuse. also very irresponsible at their job. they will do wrong coverages to your policy while u didnt ask n wont help when u have problems. all they can do cheat people, get their money n hide. big shame on them

Everything with the company has been great very prompt with information. My only complaint has nothing to do with the company, but the insurance keeps getting so expensive. Why is that?

Our current Homeowners policy was not going to be renewed because the company chose not to handle the NE any longer. This forced us to look for other options and we always hear ads for DeOliveira Ins and try to deal locally as much as possible.
It was easy to set up a call with Joe to go over our options. Remote contact is very important these days. Joe not only took our information but informed us that he had some policies that would save us money and bundle together with auto insurance.
He called us back in a few days with a package that covered everything we needed and also saved us a huge amount compared to what we were paying.
He and Jenny were very friendly and easy to deal with and were just as excited as we were about the savings.
We have been loyal to the same agents for decades and I never felt like they were willing to research policies that would be cost effective for us.
We are more than grateful that we made the decision to change agents and carriers.
As seniors, every little bit we can save is helpful and in this case was a huge savings for us.
They get our highest endorsement and thanks.

I have referred many friends to DeOliveira Insurance because of their attention to customer service and locating the best options and prices for insurance needs.
I recently needed documents sent to a bank for some projects we were doing. Noah was very helpful and emailed to me right away.
A week later I needed another document and called at 4:50-Joe DeOliveira called me immediately and emailed the papers I needed after his office closing time.
In this age of wasting precious time waiting for calls in a queue, the agents at this insurance company will call or email you within a very short time. They are friendly, courteous, and happy to assist you and I cannot say enough about how happy we are with our interactions with DeOliveira Insurance Co.
