Terrible. Medi-cal application is not clear in some steps, and the offices didn't do a good job at helping me correct the one step that kept messing up my application or update me on my case well, which led to several applications over 1 year. When I did get it right, they reissued my benefits card with errors in my information TWICE and i had to keep calling them to reissue it correctly. And when you call the call center, it takes over 1 hour at best to get a worker, why don't they have an option to get a callback instead of listening to the awful waiting room music and information voice? My last call had me wait 2 hours 20 minutes until i got a worker. And lastly in the event they give you a call, they don't leave you a voicemail, email, or notification on your account as to why they're calling. They've made it so difficult and long to get things done that could be done easily.

Just left the office my brother tried to change his case to merced. The lady on window 3 said something completely different from the lady in window 1. Asking for my moms death servido are etc. they need better training so they can all lie at the same page then lady on window one the day one so disrespectful calling me lady etc. poor treatment no respect, rude. They all need to go back to school and learn how to the job right. When asked to speak to a supervisor no one around. Like hello I know I am not paying taxes so you won’t do your job right.
