They have no concern for the people that come through that door. The case worker never answered the phone or called back I had to call her supervisor. Their information is inaccurate so you end up going on a random goose chase trying to find out what's wrong with your account. Also from all the people I've met there they are just plain rude. They need to try harder and get more organized it's shameful. Those are human beings walking through those doors and should be treated as such.

I’m astounded anyone is paid to act like the way I was treated there today. “miss Layton” would rather lie to clients and enjoy a snack than educate herself on state policy and procedures and actually have to “work”. We were literally the only clients there, simply turning in documentation and and asking for contact information for the case worker at dcfs. She rudely dismissed me, barking at me to write down sensitive information for her bc she was having a snack..🙄unbelievable. From speaking w a benefits specialist, I found out she was lying to me so she wouldn’t have to actually do anything but eat her snack. Like I get it, ppl get hungry but what about babies that need vaccinations and other healthcare? Unbelievable Georgia, just wow, get some standards and priorities, just a minimum. The way this office is run is scary ignorant and horrible stewards of state/ federal funding.

They don’t answer the phone and the lady in the front acts like she can’t do anything she is just there. Been calling for a week to get an extension on paperwork but case worker want answer or return calls there supervisor ain’t no better. It’s shame people have to miss work to go down there and still don’t get anywhere. Do your job or find a new one.
