You will always get a great price at Dias but for me its peace of mind I would be happy to pay a few more bucks to know when I have a problem or question they are always there to take care of it. I also have my grandparents home and auto through Dias and they couldn't be happier!

Just stopped by to have a document notarized from Dias Ins. Now keep in mind I am a person whom brings them lots of new referrals being in the used car business. They actually had the nerve to try and charge me $25.00 to notorize a document. Not only was this as unprofessional as it gets. But I have never ever heard of anyone charge more than $10.00 to notarize a document. But point is they should have notorized my document for free. Reason being when I send them business. They probably make around $1,000 on a yearly policy referral fee from me. Charge me $25 00.... I assumed it was going to be for free. I am so astounded that I am doing this review from their parking lot... Needless to say Rodrigues Ins here we go...

I recently got into a auto accident..i went there to file my claim they gave me a card to call someone to open my claim cuz they computer was acting up so they say i called all I got was a auto voice machine I left numerous messages never got back to me I went back to do as to explain situation they also have been ignoring me if never seen unprofenism in my life it's been a week going over a week still haven't been served and iv been avoied my claim still ain't open only way my car gona get fix is out of my pocket there been ignoring me all this time ....i will be switching insurances once and if these people get back to me I will be looking into some one to talk to about this to make surer I get the service I deserve beforer i leave .....its funny they quick to take ur monthly payment but ignorer u wen u got claim to open smh
