DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE -5 STARS
This year was my first year of doing taxes and I came across this tax place and I decided to give it a shot. Worst place ever, from the receptionist to the tax lady (Monica). I waited for 2 hrs as they don’t take appointments. I was called in and Monica was very rude, she acted like I was below her, saying “I shouldn’t be doing your job” because I didn’t add up some numbers for a deduction. In total she took I kid you not 5min filing my takes and she charged me $320(I have a receipt to prove it). She was charging everyone a different price. She clearly doesn’t care to help people she just wants your money. WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!

Just got done doing my taxes here. This is the second year coming to Diaz Financial. Once again, Monica was amazing, very professional, and excellent communication. A little bit of a wait but worth it, once in her office she had everything done quickly. Definetly recommend Monica at Diaz Financial. I will be back next year.

It was the best experience ever!! They are professional and they treat everyone with equality. Very professional went in and got out fast they are quick and to the point. I would definitely go back and keep going back I referred family and friends and got a discount!! I do not remember the gals name but she definitely did a great job.

Diaz financial Services is by far one of the best family businesses. They are very informative and helpful. The employees truly care for their customers and are always so friendly. I highly recommend their business! Oh and did I mention they are bilingual and very convenient as they have multiple locations in Fresno. ☺️

I was refer by my brother to do taxes here, good thing I listen. Been doing taxes here ever since for the past 3 years and Joseph is my go to guy for all my tax questions and needs. He and his staff are also very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend people who needs their taxes done, they should definitely go here to get their max refund.
