I went here with my daughter in law to refinance her car with no appointment scheduled. The person who helped us was friendly and very helpful. The process was easy. My daughter in law was able to lower her monthly payments by quite a bit of money. Very happy!!

Can’t get someone when you need them. Don’t feel my finances are safe with DCU. Identity stolen twice.

I have called the information center multiple times. always put on hold and no advice to stop money from leaving my checking account. Can't peovide any information! What does it take to get a manager on the phone? This credit union is not responsive oe people friendly!! I am going to move my money to another financial institution. I no longer recommend DCU.

I’ve been happy with DCU up to now. Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond my control my car was totaled and I am left owing them quite a bit. Now I understand that DCU is a business and they are under absolutely no need to help me. I spoke to them and the best deal they’d give me was to pay weekly instead of monthly, and actually end up being more per month than I already can’t pay now. Kind of disrespectful really, just hoping people will be too stupid to do the math. I feel really sad because I liked doing business with DCU and now I won’t be able to anymore.

Extremely frustrating how Lorelei ruined our financing process when it was already approved. I have two loans with dcu and they can’t just treat a good payer with minimal consideration. All I wanted was to buy a car for my daughter so she could go to work and now we have to rethink all the process thanks to this terrible mistake she did

I had a great experience while applying for a car loan, however, my experience wouldn’t have been so great if it weren’t for the friendly and helpful staff. Jay’nah was patient with me and answered all of my questions, and while I unfortunately do not remember the names of the two associates I had also worked with for this loan; they had made my first experience quick and smooth. Thank you!

Both ATMs do not work. Will not take deposits. Always invalid pin when trying to make a withdrawal even tho it is the correct pin. This has become incredibly inconvenient, and this has been an issue for months and months. Both ATMs now. The closest ATM accross the street is now a $4 charge multiplied by at least 20 times in the last few months is $80 in fees. I have complained to the inside multiple times, but still nothing has been done.

Worst customer service ever took a equity loan they go over the details verbally but then when I sign electronically and get the paperwork complete opposite of what I was paying amonth and length of term to know u can trust ur own bank is scary and sad on that note I’ll be switching banks asap

Horrible Horrible experience drove back and forth on multiple days because we couldn’t get a straight forward answer- depending on which worker we were talking to our results were different every single time. I don’t personally use DCU and thank god! This was for my boyfriend’s car loan, we were called and informed we were all set to come in and finalize the loan! We came in and were told that not only were we ā€œnot approvedā€ but they wouldn’t even offer us half of the loan we applied for…He has been a member since he was 12!!!!! He is now 21!!! After asking to speak to management the manager comes in and says there is no exceptions and we just HAD to leave at that point. We literally went STRAIGHT to DCU leominster location and within 20 minutes the worker there had us all set up for his original loan amount, and apologized multiple times for the over a week long run around by fitchburg DCU. Sad to write a bad review but obviously the manager at fitchburg had little to no idea what she was even talking about😭😭 Clearly didn’t care about customer experience and created rules about the loan that confused EVEN the leominster branch of the same bankšŸ˜‚ will literally never go to fitchburg branch again.
