Let's start off with a unfriendly welcome. You walk into a unorganized store with boxes on the ground which can be a serious hazard. When I was buying an item from behind the counter, I was gazed upon like I was suspicious. A simple in-and-out situation turned into 10 minutes. Staff went outside as if they were paranoid, looking for SUVs, or and vehicle that represented government for some off reason. This overall experience was not good and made me super uncomfortable. Just why?

The store is a mess boxes everywhere in the store which can cause some one to fall all baskets are broken so disappointing because it used to be so neat and organized know it’s nasty and dirty

The employees are very helpful. They are always nice. The store is always clean. The prices are better than any grocery store. If I'm in a hurry and want to pick up something I need, I'll go here. They rarely have long lines. They also have a self check-out register if you're using a credit or debit card. Nice!

I rented a carpet cleaner, the price was reasonable, the unit was clean and worked great, the process was fast and Tina was really nice. The one thing that could be improved is to give the staff a little more info in regards to how to use the unit.
I like shopping at this store for cleaning supplies, personal items and some groceries. Sales Associates have always been nice. Sofar so good.

I came in to DG in Clover,S.C. and I definitely wouldn’t recommend going unless you really have to. The people that work there are very rude ,unfriendly, and act like the customers are a burden to wait on. Beware of this store.

I LOVE THIS STORE! Of course I love all Dollar General stores but the one in Clover is #1. It's a one stop shop for the things I need. I never have to search for anything because this store is laid out so well and kept organized by a wonderful staff of employees. Which are always helpful, friendly and wearing a smile. On top of the awesome crew, great deals and neatness of the store, they have a huge parking lot. I'm sure they have an empty parking spot for you, so when you need just about anything get down to the Dollar General in Clover SC.

Just finished remodeling. There are so many new things! It looks like they expanded their Home Decor products the most and the increase in quality is very noticeable, but they've managed to keep their prices down.
One of the Grocery aisles was moved to a much narrower location and it is a bit cramped. You kind of have to take a step back to see what is on the shelves. The only issue I really see with the remodel is at checkout. I've been there twice in the last few days and both times people came from different directions and cut in front of me in line even though I had been waiting. There is one sign saying where the line begins, but there is a big opening to the right side of it that people use to go straight to a register and others still seem to be using the line format from the previous layout. If no other directional signage is planned, then it would be a big help if the employees would take notice and correct customers that cut in front of the line.

Not to be a Karen or anything, but I ordered stuff at 6:15 and it’s 833 and I still haven’t gotten nothing from them. I don’t like the Dollar General never DoorDash them here don’t go there. They think that they’re all popular. They think that they’re all that, but they’re really not The rundown ha me down losing place. I hope they get shut down.
