my experience with Allstate haven’t been a very good experience. I purchase insurance with Allstate and when I got ready to pay my second payment, which was in the same month that I paid my initial down payment instead of the payment being the set amount that we agreed on it was much higher so I called in and I talked to one of the representatives and I asked her. Why was my insurance higher than what we had set payment for and she told me well instead of it being six months they wanted it to be five months and needs to pay all of it at once so I told him that I couldn’t afford that because I told him that I lived on a fixed income so I found I said I was gonna found some more insurance with another insurance company. That was Laura. I found the insurance and I called in and I canceled my car insurance. I also had house insurance with them, but I didn’t cancel the house insurance when I canceled the car insurance initially so I picked up Insurance with this other company and in a couple of weeks I got a check from them for my house insurance. They had canceled my home insurance so I told him I said why did you cancel the home insurance because I just canceled the car insurance they really couldn’t give me an answer. . So instead of the counseling, the insurance on the date that I called in, they waited 10 more days afterwards and counseling when they wanted to own a T within those 10 days and charge me for it so now I have a bill for $94 because they waited 10 days after the date that I called in and charged me for it so they could get extra money and now they put it on my credit and I don’t do that. I pay my bills if you look at my credit before this all of my credit was paid so I pay my bills, but I’m not gonna pay them for holding off 10 days after the time I called in and charging me for it because they need extra money or they wanted extra money. I don’t know What the problem will, but I’m not the only person that this have happened to you. I read several complaints against them for doing the same thing on the insurance commissioner website.. these people are very dishonest, and I wouldn’t trust him. It’s sad when you have a business. That’s trying to beat honest decent citizens out of their money and won’t pay for when they have an accident or a claim occurred on their house.

As I stated, when they lure you in it's all sunshine and rainbows. Within 6 months this agency has lost most of its agents. One due to lies and lack of integrity on the agency’s part. They will debit your account eventhough you requested it off auto pay months earlier. Then they cancel policy w/o notice and then say you owe them three weeks later. Sending info out to collections on an amount determined WELL after the policy is canceled. This is a disgusting agency. All the good people jumped ship only leaving people who are clueless. Truth is my agent was fired for not falsifying documentation. This is a perfect example of why "We" don't patronize "US" . Please miss me with the carbon copy response. You just lost 3 customers. You all have no fidelity or integrity.
