Disappointing! I scheduled an appointment with Mr. Dorman in June since it was the only time he had available. I believed it would be worth my while since he came highly recommended. However, a couple of days before my appointment, I received a call from his office to reschedule for the fall. I do not work in the summer and depend on my income tax refund to support myself and my family for the summer months. The woman from his office was incredibly rude and hung up the phone on me when I tried to explain to her my situation. I am shocked that he has as many clients as he does considering the unprofessional and disrespectful manner in which I was treated.

Mark is extremely knowledgeable but the organization of the business is maddening. My appointment that I couldnt get until July, was cancel days before and my wife and I have been calling everyday leaving voicemails for a week and a half with no call back so far. He has put us in a really bad spot since our taxes take a lot of work and now we either have to wait, which is not really and option, or find someone else last minute that we don't know. How does it take so long to call someone back or answer a damn phone call!? The worse thing is I had recommend him to others, needless to say I have told them to beware.

Horrible, if your appointment is for 3 you'll be lucky if hes ready to start by 5 then the amount of times he gets up and leaves and he falls asleep while punching stuff into the computer literally I have to cough to wake him up. Charges an arm and leg. This is the second time I have to go back to my bank to show proof of payment. The office is so unorganized. I'm done with that place. Also they never seem to be around to answer calls.

This guy may be great, I have no idea because this place is unbelievably unprofessional. I had to call multiple times to confirm my appointment which was made in February for November to then have it cancelled the week before, with no reschedule. I was then told I was better off going elsewhere as they would not get me into the following year. I was essentially told that new clients get bounced all the time and the secretary made it very clear that this happens all the time.

So if you're looking for a new CPA I wouldn't recommend this office because they clearly do not want any new clients and should probably tell people that when they call.

Mark is exceptional. He really knows his stuff. He has probably saved us so much money. He is well worth the wait.

Mark is great. Yes he runs behind but he is worth the wait. His office staff however is awful. Rude, unprofessional. Won't even answer the phone or return calls. He makes it worth. They should be fired!
