Clean facility with friendly staff -
Not crowded in the early AM - it’s an older downtown building so parking is in the adjacent garage (I think they validate) and the fitness options are found on 4 different floors but they have all the cardio, strength, free weight and group cycling you could want. Love all the Life Fitness and Hammer Strength equipment 💪💪💪

I was impressed with Tee who was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He shared his fitness journey, educated me on the activities offered during my first visit and walk through at the YMCA Downtown Louisville location. Tee started from the 7th floor and I had no idea this YMCA location offered seven floors of useful space. As a result I came back that evening for the water fitness class with Leslie, it was amazing. The same week, I signed up for the Smart Start Program with Jon and attended his Yoga class. I am very confident that I will be able to meet my goals with the custom workout plan. I had driven by this location for years and did not stop in to see what they had to offer versus the other locations. My circumstances changed which led me to check out the downtown Louisville YMCA and I am glad that I did. Thank you to everyone working there.

We toured the facility. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it is. The equipment looks new and the floors are clean. I love the separate workout area for women. The locker room is beautiful. Troy showed us around and signed us up quickly

This place is great, great staff great equipment, all of that. Literally anything you would want to go train. How can yuh beat 7 whole floors of equipment?

A wonderful place to exercise and take classes like arobics and jazzercise. The pool has lap swimming and open times to bring the kids. They also have pool activities. There are trainers everywhere.
Steam rooms for men and women and a sauna for the women's side. Bring a lock for your locker.

The why was extremely nice. Dislocation had seven floors and was extremely spread out. Cardio and the workout machines were mainly on the 4th floor. Free weights and Smith machines were on Floors 5 and 6. Staff was extremely nice as well and welcoming. The stretching area is also on floor 4 and is very spacious. Not many people where in around the 9 a.m. time frame still got to use all of the equipment super setting decreasing my time spent in the gym. Nice location and a very huge building. I will definitely be back.
