Dream Care Transportation is my dream realized. I scheduled DCT because I had to have foot surgery. I knew that I would need help afterwards getting from the parking lot to my condo unit which is up a flight of stairs 🤔. At INOVA Fairfax I was transferred onto DCT's wheelchair, lifted into the van and transported safely to my home by team members Keith and Boris. The team members carefully got me from the parking lot, up a flight of stairs, to my bedroom using a wheelchair. From the very first call, their professionalism and patience immediately put me at ease regarding their quality of service. It also helped that every question was thoroughly and patiently answered, especially since I am out of state arranging services for someone else. Calling to schedule pickup appointments is very easy, and I appreciate the familiarity because it shows that they know their clients/patients: they know your name and routine and pretty much schedule accordingly unless something new/different is indicated. The drivers are helpful with physical assistance to and from the vehicle as well from the vehicle to the appointed destination.
