Awesome service. Ericka walked with me every step of the before, during and after closing. She called me every week to keep me updated about everything. Every detail was shared with me. If I had questions she answered them. Ericka was genuine, professional, efficient , trustworthy, amazing, zealous and dependable. She was like a close friend. 100% all the way. I was able to work with Ryan and the Manager directly to sell my property. They were able to quickly get an offer, and close on my home, all while keeping in contact and making sure I was update to date on where we were in the process. They were able to take care of my needs during this Social Distancing time, but I can only imagine that they would be even better in person to get more hands on with certain aspects.

Ryan and Ty really took care of everything for us. They contacted me around the same time we were having issues with a potential purchaser out of California. When our contract fell through, Ryan told me he could get us to closing fast, and he did. These guys were genuine, honest, communicated clearly and timely, and really saved my husband and me in a bad spot. I don’t plan to ever be in that type of situation again, but I’m glad they were able to help this time, and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in a similar situation.
