Giselle was very informative and educated me on things I wasn't aware of on the policy I had in force. I was very skeptical at first but then was reassured of every step of the procedure of changing policies to fit mine and my husband's needs. If that wasn't enough she had Christina answer my questions if I had doubts. The two of them together make sure you feel comfortable about one of the most important decisions you will make in your life. Wish I had met them years ago!

I just want to share with you, that I am almost deaf, I have no hearing in my right ear and about 20%in my left ear, with out hearing aides I can not hear, Christina made sure I received my hearing aides and glasses, among getting my dental appointment and bills in place, she has been an advocate for me as well as an excellent agent for my insurance she has gone above and beyond with me make sure all of my needs were and are taken care of, I trust her and feel that she is an excellent mentor as well for getting my information done on my behalf and making sure my anthem insurance stayed in place, she is a terrific lady, I believe she got my insurance under control man y times, because I didn't with others have it right, she is the best there is for insurance agent in our community, as far as I'm concerned she went to bat for me many times, and has done amazing work with me, and was excellent fir me in helping me get things done for my insurance and my health and with my bills, I believe she us trust worthy and an excellent source for insurance agent, and like I day has gone above and beyond for me. She takes her clients seriously and has great compassion and cares with utmost of her abilities, I recommend her to anyone that has challenges or needs extra care like I did. Christina and Giselle are amazing brokers. Their customer service is top notch with a personal touch! They are knowledgeable, very approachable and friendly. They take their time to explain all options for the products they offer with detailed information. I was so impressed with their service that I set up a meeting for them to do a presentation for my entire Core Team within my organization. I’m happy to say that so far 99% of my team have gonna life insurance policies through them. Christina was also able to help me select the right Medicare coverage to fit my needs seeing that I will be turning 65 this month ?.
