EHealth pressures their agents to sell policies to vulnerable seniors whether it will actually help the seniors or not. They also use 3rd party call centers to make calls to seniors who have specifically told health not to call. The positive reviews are all 4 years old or older. Do not be fooled by them. ehealth uses their own staff to post them.

E-health sounded like a very high tech medical location, so i decided to stop by and see for myself. The doctors welcomed me in and told me to sit in the lobby, while I consumed a bag of cotton balls in the waiting room. Eventually, the receptionist called my to the desk and asked what kind of insurance i would be needing. I was very confused, as I thought it was a doctors office cuz it literally had "health" IN THE NAME. Despite this, I decided to tell the doctor of my, well, rather (small) problem. Nervously, I explained how my pp was only 3 cm long and I was hoping to get an enlargement so my friends would stop calling me "small dong tom." The receptionist laughed at me and Began screaming SMALL DONG TOM! to my great embarassment in front of the entire waiting staff. Terrified, I grabbed a stack of Health insurance brochures and threw them at her, trying to make a quick escape. This was to no avail, as the other guests in the lobby were all videoing me!!! Desperate to clear my name, I said that I actually had a huge dong, and was a grower, not a shower. I then fled from the location in panic. Never tell their staff your medical conditions.

This place is shady! Robert Hurley fraudulently enrolled my mother into a Humana Gold Plan. He thought he could get away with it, taking advantage of a senior for his own personal gain.. what a disgraceful human being. I reported him to Humana and also put in a fraud claim to CMS.
