I am so pleased with this insurance agency and the help I have received. I had a very uncooperative company prior to switching, and was told "all insurances are high right now" and "rates are the same everywhere." I was so hesitant and unsure. I couldn't be happier that I switched. It was so easy; Dylan and Patrick are so helpful and kind. I was with the other company for 21 years and they didn't even know my name. Patrick spoke to my daughter once and knows her email! I'm glad I made the move and wish I did it sooner.

I was first referred to the O’Neil agency by a coworker after I reviewed my renewal policy from my previous insurer. Adam was the representative who assisted me with this new policy, not only was this new policy half the cost of the previous one, but it had better coverage. My monthly payment was cut in half!! Now comes the best part. About 3 weeks ago, I was involved in a hit and run. When I called the O’Neil agency, they went above and beyond helping with the claim. Patrick, and the rest of his staff (Maria, Dillon, Adam) took care of everything. Including making sure I received fair market value for my car. I basically had to do nothing, the O’Neil staff did all the work. I really can’t remember the last time I had service this outstanding! They have a customer for life. And I highly, highly recommend this agency. Well done Patrick and crew! I’m beyond grateful for your help.

This agency is the best I've ever dealt with. They were efficient, responsive, and educated themselves on my circumstances so they could connect me with the insurance I needed. They ended up getting me a better deal than what I had before, even though I had been in an accident. Big name insurance companies have treated me like a dollar sign, but this agency treated me like a person.
