E2 Solar reinstalled our solar system recently, after the panels had to be removed for new roofing and skylights. The office staff and designers communicated well and kept us up-to-date on the project. They redesigned the system and expanded it. Wiring for the new panels was a challenge but the whole project was carried out very efficiently by an outstanding crew of capable and spirited installers. Their leader, Paul Tallmadge, an expert electrician, was a pleasure to work with. The system was well designed and costs were very competitive. We have no hesitation in recommending E2 Solar.

We first spoke with E2 two years ago. Working within the parameters we set as far as where we would be happy to have panels, and the cost of electricity at the time, they actually counseled us not to move forward as the amount of time to recoup costs didn’t make sense. We truly appreciated their honest appraisal. They called back a year later when rates had changed. They recommended removing a tree limb for better exposure and recalculated the return. We forged forward. 8 panels on our garage roof. The installation was seamless and everybody we encountered was friendly and knowledgeable. We coupled the panels with a Powerwall. We love watching the app. We’ve had one power outage and the whole backup system worked flawlessly. In the end, our leeriness about the look of the panels was for naught. They integrate very well with our black composite shingles. Our only regret is that we didn’t get more panels, but even with 8, the savings are already fantastic. Last month’s bill was a third of what it was last year. Very happy customers!

E2 Solar delivered exactly what they said they would. The team they have put together is very knowledgeable. The salesman came out and did not try and oversell us, he answered every question we had. I was very concerned with the appearance of the panels from the road. We did not want them visible from the street. He assured us that we could have enough panels to offset our electric usage without them being on the front side of our roof. The technician came out and we went over where the panels would be located and where the cabling would be fitted into a back corner of the house, hardly noticeable. The installation crew was unbelievable, 24 panels were installed in a day and a half and had our system up and running without a single issue. Every single member of their team was friendly, open, cooperative and pleasant. I have had a few questions since installation which were answered right away. This was a first-rate job and E2 Solar was a delight to work with. I would recommend E2 Solar to anyone. The SunPower app is great, easy to use and gives you real time data.
I have had the solar installed for 11 months without having to pay an electric bill. It looks like these panels will have a 6-year payback.

I have nothing but positive things to say about E2 Solar they were fantastic. The process for solar was quick and painless and so rewarding. Desiree was especially great explaining everything and what to expect. Highly recommend this company . My solar was installed within 3 months and it has been over a year since I got it and never had any issues. The app is great to see how much energy is produced. Approximately a year and a half ago my wife and I started looking at Solar companies to reduce our power costs. Of all the companies and their programs that we interviewed, E2 Solar beat them all. Any questions I had were answered or researched and answered to my satisfaction by E2 Solar. We own our system and haven't paid an electric bill since is was turned on. E2 Solar handled all the paperwork with the electric company as well as the programs with the State. We have been extremely happy with the service we've received from E2 Solar.

We had E2 Solar install our rooftop solar system on our home in Orleans about 4 years ago. I am totally and completely satisfied with the project! Everything from the initial sales presentation at my home, to the installation shortly thereafter, went very smoothly. I was impressed with everyone I dealt with including the sales rep, David S., the receptionist that fielded my calls, the installing crew and the follow up. I found everyone to be courteous and professional. Tesla had told me that my property was “not conducive to solar installation” and ignored my request for an on-site evaluation. E2 Solar came right to the rescue and not only did they determine Solar would be appropriate, but on most days I am producing more electricity than I consume! After 4 years with ZERO electric bills, I now have a $3K credit with Eversource, thanks to the daily feeding of our overproduction back to the grid. Couldn’t be happier with the way E2 Solar conducted themselves from start to finish.
