Jeanette is hands down best. I brought our personal and buiness to discuss what we needed to do. She walked us through it all from Forms to deducted check off lost to take home. Be sure you support small local businesses. They are all very kind and go out of their way to help everyone navigate a very busy time of year. I personally heard another client receive the same high standards of kindness and communication with each client. Yet very professional while dealing with banks or other tax preparation companies. We have used Easy Tax Service for two years now since we moved from California. Bob was great to work with. He was thorough and with his expert knowledge of the system, he told me to apply for SS even though I have a government pension. The law changed in 2024 and I received SS back payment and a monthly check from now on. Thanks Bob and thanks for the discount for first responders!

This was our first year to use Easy Tax Service. Saw a coupon in a mail flier and decided to book an appointment. Janette was quick and efficient; to the point tax preparer. She knows her tax knowledge and what questions to ask to seek additional deductions. She successfully file a return which resulted in a refund...something we haven't seen in over a decade. Sounded like a good deal, it was easy, until he said I owed $905 ... I worked in 4 states and sold a property... but think $905 for one hour was crazy... was also told that additional states would not be extra. Unless it was California or other states that charge more... just beware of additional charges... was also told it would be the same price next year, without the property sale. H&R Block would have been 1/2 that price
