As a young adult trying to figure out life, I have had a million questions and needed a good bit of assistance regarding my policy. Oftentimes, Reagan answers my calls, and she is very friendly, patient, and kind! I have also spoken to Leslie and she is very sweet and helpful as well. Anytime I have called, no matter who I speak to, I have always been treated with respect and understanding of my situation. They all have great customer service and are always so willing to help 🙂

We had the good fortune to find Ed Freeman’s State Farm office when we moved to Madison five years ago. Our experience has been nothing short of outstanding. I was referred to Chad Phillips, State Farm agent by a friend, and Chad is now my go-to agent for both homeowner’s and auto insurance! He is a very strong and personable agent with great attention to detail, is extremely thorough, and very responsive! He will always call you right back within a matter of minutes, and is also a great problem solver who will stop at nothing to make sure your issue or problem is quickly addressed and will do everything in his power to solve it in an expedient manner. It’s obvious that he truly cares about his customers and will stick with you throughout a transaction long after the initial sales call, which I find rare in the insurance industry.
