I am greatful to be a customer of State farm I had an accident and my front-end was smashed, State farm did my claim with expedience and professionalism. They took care of my claim it was alot of money if I didn't have State farm insurance I don't know what I would've have done! My portion was only 500.00 deductible. First time getting car insurance independently and the team was absolutely wonderful. I worked directly with Andres Sandoval and he was incredibly thorough, insightful, and kind. He explain all the coverage in layman's term and made the whole process transparent. He took into account the purpose of my car usage, the common areas I'd be driving in, and the statistical accidents around those locations to ensured that I got the the best affordable coverage.
