Rude(jessica) yells at me over the phone, falsely accused me repeatedly, refused to help me, accused me of hanging up when I had to take another call after she rudely placed me on hold. Refused to give me the manager (who also does not respond to emails), caters to certain customers over others, and is completely argumentative and rude. Been with this company for years, the disrespectful treatment is obnoxious and completely unnecessary. Violates the ADA laws and other rights. Completely rude, rude and more rude. Unprofessional and I can never get a hold of the owner and or manager. Its completely absurd how things are handled. Lack of understanding, refuses to listen, repeatedly overtalks when you try to explain and basically forces you to go somewhere else because they want certain customers. Making statements, "oh well, I have a customer in front of me" um, I am also a customer and was in need of assistance before the other customer. This is just rude and proves favortism.

They want to charge big bucks to remove cars!!! Charge big bucks for a minor change!!! And won't even make it easy to cancel your policy!!! The insurance companies they provide you with are ok, but the brokers in that office, the way they charge is ridiculous!!! I do not recommend. 👎😡👎
