So far, so good. We've been talking with John at EMS about mobile payments for our club. They seem to listen closely to what we want to do and they're providing us with answers to our questions. I'm confident he'll recommend a good, affordable option for us.

This was the worst possible experience I've ever had with a merchant processor, they started us out with a 25k monthly limit in Oct 2020, it was increased every month to 200k by February 2021, there was zero chargebacks for 4 months, a few chargebacks came in as expected, most if not all were card holder fraud, and on top of it 80% of which were reversed. EMS did not care, did not work with us at all, they just closed the account and is holding over $60,000.00 of our money, stating that we went over the 2% chargebacks, that's 98% satisfied customers, yet they blamed it on the bank and closed the account, now I'm stuck waiting for my money which they say will be returned in 211 days from my last batch, its ridiculous as there is very little risk as dictated by our history. On top of that since the account has been closed the chargebacks we won are supposed to be credit to our account or god forbid be returned to us, they don't even acknowledge this, so I'm left in the dark wondering if Ill ever get my money back.

I warn every company that is thinking about working with EMS to be very cautious, they do not stand by their merchants and will close your account and keep the reserve as long as they see fit.

Also I am taking a big risk by sending this review as EMS has the capacity to put our company on MATCH, but I don't care, these thieves need to be exposed for whom they really are, we wary and think twice before you engage with this dishonorable, morally bankrupt entity called EMS.

I'd give negative stars if I could. Signed up with this place during covid. Got a call from a lyndsay who was working from home who was very distracted the whole call. After we finally went back to work she was MIA. We now have months worth of charges that she will not attest to. We told her we wanted to cancel she called once now wonT answer ANY CALLS. Also * if you want to cancel with them OVER 500$ to do so. They say we signed something but they will not release what we signed and it is expired in our end the digital version. NEVER EVER EVER WORK WITH THEM . You will be scammed with fees and bogus tests you must run every few months or charged if you don't! BUT THEY DINT TELL YOU. It's just "apart of your bill" absolutely disgusted with this place. Asked Lyndsay our lady to have her boss get back to us. GHOSTED. multiple emails GHOSTED. Ems says she doesn't work for them. She subs out somewhere else. JUST SAVE YOURSELF A HASTLE AND DONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. GO TO SQUARE.
