Seann and his staff at Elite have been awesome. They are always ready to help me with, not only my automobile insurance needs, but also with my homeowners insurance. Any questions that have come up, have been answered promptly. I referred my daughter to them, and she now has her own Mercury policy. Great job Seann and staff!!!

I was under the gun to get a new auto policy in place for my 83yo mother. I was working with another agent who informed me (the day before my mom's policy was due to expire) that her application had been red-flagged and blocked for undisclosed reasons. I was between a rock and a hard place. I called Seann the next day and told him I needed to get a new policy in place by midnight. Seann called me back promptly and was able to match my prior quote. He assured me that he would be able to get a new policy in place that day with the same insurer. I was past believing this was possible. Seann answered all of my questions and worked quickly to get a new application sent to me. By 2:30pm, I received confirmation directly from the insurance co. that the new policy was in place, whew!! Seann saved the day for both me and my mother. It's nice to know there are still businesses in the world that care.

Sean is awesome !!!!!! He spent quite a bit of time searching for the best policies for my household . He had to navigate lots of info and did so with a smile in his voice and with such efficiency!
