I definitely feel like I was RIPPED OFF. Hire at your own risk! Alden was very demeaning and spoke in a threatening manner when I inquired about moving my money into safer options. Joe was nice, but it is disheartening that he allows such behavior at his firm. I do not think it was worth the 1% fee they charged me annually, especially since this includes assets they did not directly manage (ie. 401K).
