Emily and Hank were very professional from beginning to finish. With their guidance, we were able to sell our house in West Covina AND to buy the house in Cerritos in the same month. Both transactions were flawless!

Even though I want to keep this feedback short, I need to tell you that I really like the way Emily mapped out what and when things would happen. And, she spelled out in writing how much the expenses for closing costs for me as the seller and expenses for me as the buyer would be in advance. No unexpected surprises.
