I usually don't do reviews, but this time I wanted to share my wonderful experience with this insurance agency. Janelle and her team are solid. Always available, prompt and accurate.The people working there are professional, kind and very helpful. We had our auto/home insurance policies with All-S for over 15 years but when the time we canceled all the policies, they seemed don't care and not even a word from them :(very sad). On the other hand, Erie's prices are extremely comparative and actually great. We saved a lot with the help of Janelle. She was really patience with us and explained all the key points of all the options. We felt we were in "Good Hands" with her professionalism and expertise on the whole process. Thank you Peters Insurance Agency and we've saved a bundle. 🙂

I thought I'd come on here and leave a review on how Juan ensured that my policies were written quickly and accurately. I worked in insurance so I knew that I was being over-charged but didn't have the time to look for another agent or shop around for better rates. When I finally found the time, I was extremely glad I landed on Peter's Insurance Agency and Juan as my agent. They simply care about their clients. They don’t sell you a service and then disappear! Shout out to Alicia for making sure everything is just like what I wanted. And above all, the hand written physical letter I received from Janelle, is just amazing... Very pleased with Juan and all the staff at Peters Insurance Agency. When we've had to make a claim, which has been rare, it was handled quickly and efficiently. Our rates on auto and home insurance have been a good value, also.
