Erin did a fantastic job helping us purchase a single-family home for our retirement years. She spent time getting to know us and what we needed from a new home. Erin is amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area. She is very understanding and patient. She looks into anything you have might have questions about. She finds you information about nearby trails, kids camps, etc. She will find you a good house and set you up. She also has a great sense of humor. Good luck - she is a winner!

Would definitely recommend Erin to those interested in selling or purchasing. When a local realtor in eastham said they weren't interested in my listing when I told them the price I wanted it listed at, I reached out to Erin based on a similar property she sold and reviews that I read. Erin promptly replied, she went to the property and explained clearly what her role would be and options for me in the event of a sale as well as if I decided to unlisted the property. I wasn't sure giving up the magic of the cape was exactly what I wanted but she was reassuring that I could always change my mind. Erin seemed to take a personal interest in the property giving it some added touches that she felt would help. Was always available for potential buyers always keeping me in the loop. The listing photos she arranged really showed the charm of the cottage. The open house was busy for her. A buyer came forward and Erin helped with the closing and finalized the sale without a hitch. Sad to be leaving the cape but when I return I know she will help me find the perfect place for me! Five stars plus!!

I first contacted Erin over 2 years ago when I subscribed to her realty company’s website. I explained to her that we were just beginning our real estate search on Cape Cod and she was wonderful about sharing information on locations, over 55 developments, etc. Not too long after that, a family emergency forced us to suspend our home search for a year. When we came back to that, I contacted Erin and she kindly picked up where we left off months before. Because we were not on the Cape, my search was mainly online, but when I found something I liked, Erin was always ready to check it out, get more information, etc. When we finally came to the Cape for serious looking, Erin spent the day with us, drove us through the area and to different condo complexes, and followed up with the other realtors on property we liked. When it came time to make an offer, she was with us every step of the way from when we made the offer to the final purchase. Every little issue that came up, she took care of it immediately. She was ALWAYS reachable, always available to help, and always on our side. Without question, I sincerely recommend Erin as a great realtor and a total advocate for her clients! We love our new home at Southport and thank Erin for making it possible.
