One person always doing drivers tests and I.d’s ….. how long of a wait…. over an hour and a half…. Yall take enough money out my paycheck that I shouldn’t have to wait that long to get an I.d for my kid. Hire some one else or learn to schedule your employees better. Sick of this place

Nothing seems to change here. Do not show up here with any other plans if you have tag work to get done. Very incopassionate employees. They have no respect for your time, just your money. They know there's no other way around it. Terrible experience as always.

This place is a joke. I look at the postings and I can’t help but laugh. These people cannot do anything in 15 minutes except tell you you need more documents that were not listed on the website. I have no respect for anyone in this group….especially the tax commissioner. I have never worked with a group that won’t work with you in anyway. There is a young man in the title group that really works hard. He was processing 3 customers to the other 2 ladies. Was hoping to get him but had to settle for the young lady next to him. What a rude and utterly sad excuse for a clerk.

They've changed the way they receive customers now. You go in and take a seat and wait your turn. The service is good. They are professional and courteous and work in a timely manner.

WAY easier and faster to get a learners permit or driver's ? license than it is to get in Cherokee County. Because in Cherokee County it's only one day a week and they don't take appointments.

It was the regular wait in line, about hour. The tag lady was nice and polite and my transaction only took about 5 mins. I could complain but why it's the DMV lol

Line moved slowly, not counting the Handicapped side, they had 6 windows for tags and only 4 clerks. 1 of which was doing renewals only. Hire more people to move that line more efficiently. People have things to get done. They can't spend all day in the tag office.
