EFS purchases debts and sends a single notice to collect to a previous address you've lived at. EFS makes money on interest they apply to unpaid debts, this interest grows the longer the debt goes unpaid. So, let's go over how EFS conducts itself...EFS will mess up your credit because EFS intentionally sends one notice with an inflated number to an old address and the longer EFS can keep you away from your debt the more money EFS can claim you owe.

I will be seeing EFS in court for this one. Don't go deleting that recording of Justine admitting EFS willfully sent one notice to an old address with an inflated number for a debt I've already paid to an office in Yakima. EFS's inability to maintain adequate record keeping may have just cost them a chance to publicly announce fraudulent practices.

Hopefully I have the correct address to send legal documents too because I'm only sending them once.

You folks may think these are great people but I have news for you. They do not follow the laws of our state and country. I have call logs clearly showing them calling 2 times in one day and at least 4 days in a row. This is a violation of the law. Any company that cannot follow the laws should be closed down. I have contacted them and gave them a chance to mend their ways before I get them in trouble. I'm curious to see if they will start following the laws like we all have to.
UPDATE: less than 1 month later. I've notified them twice now and they keep doing it. I got 2 calls today less than 1 minute apart so now I'm forced to pursue this to the fullest extent possible. It's sad, there was another company that did the same thing and in less than 24 hours after I contacted them they even apologized for it and said they were unaware of it and never did it again.
They don't have to be law breaking jerks if they don't want to.

People are welcome to hate collection agencies, but seriously Evergreen is as good as they get. They will work with you on payment plans, offer reduced prices when paying in full, and they follow the rules about aggressive collection tactics. If you owe money, don't be angry when someone contacts you for payment. Evergreen does NOT purchase debt, they collect on behalf of their clients, Being upset at the agency is basically punishing the messenger, but that's why the industry exists. Tried making a payment, they literally refused my money because it wasn’t the amount they wanted.

This place is absolutely ridiculous to work with. Literally the most inconsiderate company I’ve ever worked with in regards to debt and making payments. First of all my debt was sent in here IN THE MIDDLE of making a payment plan with the hospital, when I communicated that with them they told me too bad. Been paying on time for over 3 years, Miss one payment due to my kids absent father no longer helping with the medical bills and all of a sudden I have to pay in full or be garnished. They lady I last talked with told me I didn’t need to change my payment date because I was paying within the grace period. Don’t listen if they tell you this because I’m now being garnished because my payment was a day late due to it being the weekend and my payment not processing on a Friday. My bad, didn’t realize it was my job to process payments. So I’m stuck being garnished for THEIR mistake. Will never go to a hospital associated with this company again, I’d rather transfer to somewhere I know will help me financially and not throw me under the buss to a slum dog debt collector. Not to mention, I flat out asked the lady I talked with last month if I happened to be late would they garnish me, she she told me NO. This company lies in order to get its payment, not trustworthy at all.

I am so pleased with the service I received from Evergreen Financial Service. The process was so easy. I was very pleasantly surprised when I received a call letting me know they had a check for me. They took care of my issue very quickly. If the need arises, I will use them again.

Evergreen Financial Services is such a compassionate collection agency. They really take the time to work with you as a debtor and help you in any way they can as a client. I love the Client Service Staff there. Always kind and helpful when i want to look up a report or see balance owed. Being in Collections is never fun, neither is being owed money. But if I'm ever in that situation, I'd want it handled by Evergreen Financial Service, LLC.

These people are THE ABSOLUTE WORST human beings on the planet. They do the dirty work for big companies that want to get every red cent from anyone who has ever done business with them. Have to go to the doctor because you are severely ill but can’t pay the incredible costs of care these days Too bad. The dr offices will illicit the assistance of these demonic beings to do their bidding. And they can reach their blood stained claws right into your electronic check deposit from your employer. And they don’t take 100$ or 150$; they take 1/4 of your total gross before taxes. Isn’t that nice of them? Then, they don’t even bother to contact you after the 60 day garnishment!! Like I don’t know, maybe to say, “hey, you should really set up some payment schedule here so we don’t have to garnish you again and cost you like 350$ in ADDITIONAL court fees”...but that isn’t their racket. Their racket is to hope you forget about it and they can do the whole process again. They exist solely to prosper on the misfortunes of others. They are the worst human beings on this planet. At least street thugs and mafiaso people have the cajones to look you in the face when they are stealing from you. My bill is from over 7 years ago. When I was basically homeless and destitute. I either had to go in for surgery or I was going to die at that point. But obviously I couldn’t pay for it at the time. So anyway, they did what they had to do and I moved on and must admit didn’t think about it 5 or 6 years later after I totally got my life together and started to live how god intended me to. But; these demons will always be lurking somewhere in the dark to try and make you into a hateful person as they steal your money. But I won’t let them. Some may think I am being hateful with my review here, I’m not. I’m simply recounting my experience with this particular sect of sub-humans. They have hate in their heart and no true compassion for anyone else, otherwise they wouldn’t make a living out of the misery of others. The woman-thing who was my “contact” originally was possibly the rudest person I have ever spoke with on the phone!! This after taking nearly 700$ from me without as much as a phone call!! And when I called to ask what it was about and why I hadn’t been notified, she went on the offensive at ME!! So yeah, when I deal with this cabal now I ask to speak with someone else and I actually got what I think was a human being today. She was actually a kind lady. I didn’t feel like I had just gotten into a fight after talking with her. She assisted me the best she could for haven just stole a nice sum of cash from me. I respect that. I hope I can deal with her from here on out. Well, I hope this helps anyone who has outstanding medical bills. They WILL come after you, they don’t care about anything else except their money. And they can hire these things to do their dirty work. I hope I never have to see another collection agency/garnish thing in my entire life. They are truly evil. 👿
