I just want to let others know about a pretty pleasant experience i had, about something I had been pretty stressed about. This company bought a $300 medical bill for labs that I didn't even know I had a bill for. The only communication I received from Evergreen was a court order suing me for the balance and to garnish wages (again I had no idea I even had an unpaid bill). I REALLY wish they would have just sent me a collections notice and I would have gladly paid but nonetheless the final bill ended up being $1000 due to court fees, etc. I was pretty devastated mostly because this was the first I was hearing of a bill and because most people (including myself) don't have a lot of extra money laying around.

Now to the only good part about this. I had been having terrible anxiety leading up to the call to Evergreen, due to all of the negative reviews. The lady i spoke to was kind and very matter of fact in answering my questions (which i appreciate). I paid in full, over the phone and recieved my confirmation number. I did record the conversation just for extra insurance and to help me file my confirmation code if I need it.

All im really saying is just call, get it sorted and be done with it. In the future I will be sure to keep receipts and ask about payments every time im at the doctor's 🫠

Lady I just spoke to on the phone, I'd like to call her some atrocious names. Completely rude and unhelpful. Had a complete attitude since she first said hello. Interrupted me countless times, I had to hang up. I will be contacting her boss after this. Completely unacceptable behavior from this lady.

Horrible company won’t take payments unless I disclose all kinds of personal information about me and my wife. Literally told me no unless I will give them information.
Also very unprofessional they told me that $250 dollar a month ain’t fair to them if they don’t know how much my household makes.
They buy your dept for pennies on the dollar then treat you very disrespectful.
This is crazy to me that they won’t take payments so that now my interest is building.

I received a notice and called right away because it was nothing I was aware of and the creditor was Astria Health that if you read the reviews, that place has a big problem with billing. The gentleman I spoke to, unfortunately did not get his name, did not care what I had to say and also refused to take payments if the bill was legit. Which I don't know is even legal. I think these people are so harden they think everyone is someone that doesn't pay their bills. I can assure you that is not correct in my situation. So despite Jordan P.'s review, do not take this review with a grain of salt.

I have had a pretty good experience with this agency. Have had so much stuff coming at me, it has been difficult to keep my obligations on time. But they have been nice and have tried to work with me. Don’t have much left to pay.

Looking at the bulk of these reviews, they seem to be from people that were SENT to collections, not actual business that use their services. I can personally say that everyone that has been sent to collections from our office either refused to pay what insurance did not cover or avoided paying for services rendered by my company. For those that are reviewing due to being in collections, I would suggest taking it up with the company that sent you to collections. Generally, businesses are a little more accommodating in working with you but if you owe the money and are unwilling to pay, there really isn't much room for arguing. That being said, take their reviews with a grain of salt.

We have been using their system for a while now and we FINALLY are able to collect what is owed by those sent by our office. The methods for sending them to collections is simple and we generally receive payment in a fast manner. Their staff are pleasant and will take you through the steps to make sure you understand the process and are open to answering any questions you have. Haven't had any issues so far, but I would say that if you do decide to send someone to collections, add the collection's fee of service onto the bill since it does take a chunk of what you owe. Why would a business take a hit for someone unwilling to pay their bill

Frankly, everyone that has been sent by our office was unwilling to make payments and ultimately refused to pay for work we had done. I would recommend this company to businesses that struggle with individuals who originally agreed to pay an amount but after services are rendered, refuse to pay. Keep up the good work!
