Was with Exchange Bank since 2004 or so. Decent e-banking app, tellers are always at least professional and occasionally pleasant, and never had any unresolvable debit card trouble. Because their policies (at least at both Petaluma branches) on damaged currency redemption are stricter than what the Treasury requires, and they can't see the value in serving as a liaison between their customers and the treasury, I had to take my business elsewhere.
