terrible experience - it is a shame that when you are paying for a service that you have to do all the communicating. Not once have either of the two people in this company ever returned my call. (I went back 90 days, on my phone bill to confirm)And since nothing is on paper not even email - they can say I was waiting on you to call back, always an excuse.
I was warned that they aren't the company they used to be which explains why no one I have met has used them nor will. It was my fault , I looked them up on the internet and went to them, I hope you do not make the same mistake.

Now pricing;
I needed a finished elevation certificate - I want list the price but lets say they were 300% higher than the person who completed the survey for me.

When the Manger has to 5 star there on company because they are not getting reviews. Never use that company. All the 5 stars are company related to each other
