They said they did not get our mortgage check in the mail and asked for a replacement check..we had to send it registered mail to make sure they got it and then low and behold, they cashed both the replacement on the one they said they never got. Calling Sen. Warren’s office today. This is the second time this has happened to us.

I have been a member of FRMCU for over 30 years. The customer service provided and friendliness of their staff is outstanding! I'm very pleased that they offer no fee checking and savings accounts and competive loan rates. I highly recommend FRMCU!

I have been with this bank for 6 years and I will say it has to be the worst for customer service! Either no one answers the phones or you get transferred to this one or that one because no one can do there job. Always a run around. When I first opened my accounts with this bank they had a branch in Swansea which was way closer to me and that didn't last to long where it is no longer in Swansea. Also the ATM's are always down and there are always problems with there app and other services.

If you're looking for a place to have an account and do very basic banking (cashing checks, getting change/changing bills, etc.) FRMCU does the job.

Don't bother with money orders from here whether you have an account or not, there are plenty of pharmacies and other businesses in the neighborhood where the cost is lower. Their online "member" portal doesn't provide copies of checks and support can be a bit lackluster and seems more scripted, in that it seems to rely on keywords and quoting policy instead of answering questions or providing personalized service. The change machine seems to be frequently down and there is no alternative to deposit change with the only suggestion being to "go to another branch".

Not bad at all, and I've never really had a problem with the employees themselves, just a 3-star "average" institution. I can't speak for any sort of loans with this CU just yet.

If you like banking from the 70s then this is your bank. Goodluck paying your auto loans with mailed or in person checks. No over the phone service. Nothing involving ach at all. Once you paid your interest and get out from being upside down repossession is the only option they offer.

I recently spoke with Tyler on the phone with a problem I was having ordering and recieving checks. This young man was not only very helpful but a pleasure to speak with. He did his best to fix the problem and returned my call with in 10 minutes. Tyler is a hugh asset to your bank and I hope he is appreciated.
